Lap Dance For Self-Esteem

Grab your sweetie and spice up your Sunday with this lap dance choreography pop-up. Primarily focusing on erotic and seductive movement, we will engage in a 15 minute warm-up to activate our pelvis and sensuality and after practicing the strut, straddle, and ‘splay, learn some steamy choreography!

You can expect to feed your confidence, tap in to your sexuality, and dance like EVERYONE is watching in this class. This class is designed for all levels so wear what makes you feel sexy, bring your water bottle, and get ready to shake some booty!

TEACHER BIO

Cail (they/them) / Lipstick Lexus (she/her) - Performance Artist M.A. Theatre and Performance Studies

I am a motivated performance artist aiming to learn, facilitate, and engage artistic community in the gift of sharing, co-creating, and supporting art of assorted (often multidisciplinary) forms/mediums. As a performance artist, I specialize in dance/movement, queer narrative, and draglesque. You might have seen me performing in the NGO Commission on the Status of Women for the United Nations, dancing with Tainted Hearts Productions, or maybe you happened to be in a small town in Iowa in 2011 and saw little Cail with their sparkly electric pink guitar. Most recently, I have worked as a freelance performing artist, artistic consultant, and produced and headlined a one-person avant-garde draglesque evening-length work (Quarter-Life Crisis). With over a decade of performance experience, I seek to create space(s) that radiate glamorous sensuality, value and enact communal encouragement, and most of all, accommodate the people occupying them. In addition to the embodied knowledge I bring to the space, I assure you that I am energetic, humorous,  and have a knack for hyping up cuties. I can’t wait to dance with you!
