Omg! Yoga in the Nude? Series

This will be a slow flow and heartfelt Hatha Yoga class taught and experienced in the nude! Participants can expect breathing exercises, warm up, slow movements, balancing work, holding poses for an extended 6-10 breaths, and a few laughs along the way. This class is all levels. Beginners are welcome! I'll offer modifications for different body types, ages, and ability levels. Come relax and move in my favorite outfit - Nothing!

Note: this is a clothing optional space meaning that if you prefer to keep your clothes on, you're welcome to! I'll have some props and yoga mats available, but please bring a yoga mat if you have one.

About the Instructor: Noel  Galopante is the creator of The Sparkle Path: transformative healing  containers for addressing the impacts of trauma, cultivating freedom,  and inspiring connection to spirit and each other. They’re a transgender  and two spirit healer, ritualist, artist, educator, and spiritual  worker trained in the modalities of Spirit Integration, Heaven on Earth  Reiki, and Shamanic Journeywork. They received their RYT-200 from the  Holistic Yoga School in Fort Collins, CO. They offer workshops and 1:1  sessions on healing from childhood trauma, Reiki, nature immersions,  inner child healing, power exchange relationships and BDSM, conflict  mediation, sexual liberation, and magical and spiritual practices. Noel  specializes in healing the roots of dissociation, anxiety, depression,  suicidal ideation, and chronic pain conditions.
